Remote Assistance

CEHD faculty, staff, and students can request remote support using the form below. This service is intended for relatively quick issues such as the need for admin rights to install a printer at home, assisting with software issues, or similar problems. This service generally works for any Internet-connected computer (Windows or Mac) from anywhere (on-campus of off-campus, US or international).
Hours of Operation.
8:30am - 5:00pm Central Time on all days the university is open.
To request service:
If you already in contact with a technician via e-mail or phone, you can click their name below to initiate a session with them. Otherwise, fill out the form at the bottom of the page and the next available technician will respond. If no one picks up within 5 minutes, it is likely that everyone is currently away from their desk. You may continue to wait, or submit a service request through our Service Catalog and someone will get back with you shortly.
